Video Captures Deadly Gunfight Outside Calif. Police Station

Video footage was released Wednesday showing a gunfight between officers and a shirtless man outside a California police station last month.

The incident happened Dec. 8 in the Stockton Police Department's parking lot, KOVR-TV reports. Six officer went outside to confront the suspect after the department received about the man firing shots in the lot.

Once the officers reached outside, the armed man can be seen in the footage charging the station. That's when the officers opened fire.

The man—Angelo Weitz, 40—was pronounced dead at the scene. No officers were injured in the incident.
